Qikiqtaaluk Environmental Inc. (QE) is an Aboriginal consulting firm and contractor specializing
in site assessment and remediation, risk assessment, hazardous waste management, air quality, quantification of greenhouse gases, and training.
QE's multidisciplinary team of environmental professionals and technicians has carried out thousands of projects across Canada. Balancing local traditional knowledge with technical expertise QE provides holistic solutions to a wide range of environmental problems. QE is a subsidiary of Qikiqtaaluk Corporation (QC), the wholly Inuit owned birthright development corporation of the Baffin region in Nunavut. QC was established in 1983 to manage economic development on behalf of the Qikiqtani Inuit Association. QE has recently joined ranks with Sanexen Environmental Services Inc.
Since 1985, Sanexen has been demonstrating its environmental management know-how throughout Canada.
